What is the difference between the “Round” and “Curve” Rubit! Clips?
There is no functional difference between the two models. It’s simply a difference in style. Each of the two models eliminates the hassle that comes with moving tags from collar to collar.
What size do you recommend for my pet?
We designed each clip size, small, medium, and large, to correspond with the different sizes of your pet. However, there are certain factors to consider when making your decision.
1.) Size of Your Pet
Do you have a small animal? If so, you may want to choose the Small Rubit! Clip as opposed to the Medium or the Large. The height of your animal may help determine his or her comfort level with the clip.
2.) Size of the Collar
Each size clip is also designed to fit on specific collar sizes. While the Small, Medium, and Large Rubit! Clips will fit on any size D-ring, you may find that the Small Rubit! Clip is hard to get off a larger size D-ring. This is simply due to the diameter of the clip. Using the Small Rubit! Clip on a larger size D-ring will leave less space for the clip gate to open.
3.) Personal Considerations
While each of the sizes is easy to use, some may find using the gate on the Small Rubit! Clip is harder because it smaller. If you have concerns due to joint pain or diminished motor skills, we would recommend using the Medium or Large Rubit! Clips

If you have received an error you may need to wait a short time to complete your transaction. If you have received a “FRAUD” message, please do not worry. This is simply a system parameter. If you mistakenly entered in incorrect information, you will need to wait ten minutes before you can try your card again.
